Professional Surface Cleaning of Backyard, Driveway, Garage and Patio in San Jose, CA (West Valley Area)

Today's project, our crew pressure washed /surfaced cleaned this beautiful home in West Valley Area. Customer requested to have the entire backyard cleaned, sidewalk way , garage, driveway and front entrance patio area cleaned. As we walked the home, we noticed a large tree in front of the home and also surrounding the property. Which, often times, with shade, over the years never cleaned or washed will have mold, mildew/algae growth- (Black in color) . As we broke out our surface cleaner, it took a few and several passes to really get rid of the grime that was built up over the years. We recommend , a home that has a lot of shade/moisture, to have a preventative cleaning at least (2x) a year. One in (early) Spring and the other in Fall/Winter. After our cleaning, as you can tell by the pictures is a start contrast of cleanliness. We were able to get rid of much of the overgrowth that was grown through the years.
